I posted on craigslist looking for my cat, who went missing about a week ago.

Some wise ass sent me an email saying "I think I found your cat" and it was a picture of a very run over kitty.

As I cuddle up under my blanket, my hubbsta says:

Master bedroom is almost finished, as soon as we hang the painting up, I'm calling it good!  Though I might like a rug too. . .

I cleaned house today, it was awesome to be productive at home - I've been out all week for my birthday and with family, so the house was severely neglected... Man, I feel old typing about cleaning my damn house. D:

I joined a weight loss community cause my fat clothes are starting to get tight, and that ain't a good sign. And things have finally settled down around here (sort of?) that I can start to focus on me, and not the 1,000,343 things I need to take care of.

I'm starting to get into the guts of our website (that is www.lasvegassun.com and www.lasvegasweekly.com for ya'll) and I get to play with it and mess it all up to pieces on the development side.   And I think I might be impressing some people that I know how to do that already instead of being trained, so hooplah for that!

I really want more friends here, but Vegas...Vegas is a vain town and I aint gonna lie.  I think alot of people don't give me the time of day because of my weight.  I'm generally pleasant, but I do have a low tolerance for stupidity... Surely there are some smart people in Vegas who are into more than "omg lets go get drunnnk" every night.

I leveled my SMN to 34 tonight, 3 more levels and I can call it good (for now.) So I can focus on getting WHM up.  Thanks to a very helpful person, we finally accomplished LB3, and LB4 is easy as pie, so 75 is in sight for meeee!  OH wait, I have to beat Maat first. >_>  And farm a lot, cause I am one broke little magey. I do love DNC though. <3 
But I WILL get WHM to 75, after having this character and the one on Shiva both hit 65...I mean, I feel I am just damn bound to do it.

I'm also listening to a techno remix of FF8 music.  Oh yeah, I'm geekin' it out today.

Did I mention we adopted a third kitty? Tabby, short for Tabitha, is fat, lazy, and sleeps on our bed for the better portion of the day.  She's my kitty hero.

My computer is starting to death rattle, randomly shutting off and giving weird errors at start up.  Christmas time, new computer.  Hint hint hubby.

It has dropped to freezing.  Four days ago, it was in the 90s.  Now?  Fuggin' freezing my fingers and toes.  Which is why I'm going to go snuggle into bed and wait for my man to come home. <3

Long time no update.

This week was birthday week!

Which means a lot of cake. And cupcakes. And Carrot Cake. And Ice cream. Oy.

It also was "let's get hit by a drunk driver!" week.

It's kind of hilarious whenever I think about it, the absurdity of it all.

I took my little sis to the Rock Band concert at Hard Rock. I was trying to get out of the parking garage. Drunk brunette and friend get into mini cooper to my left - so they're in the parking stall, I'm behind them - we're perpendicular to each other (OH yeah I still knows them math terms.) And she backs up right into me. I don't mean like, "Oops! I accidentally hit a corner."

I mean full on, back of her mini cooper, meet my drivers side.

Jazmin and I totally saw it coming when the white lights went on her car. We were both "She's not really, is she? OMG, she is! Shit!"

Other than that, things are going well. Kicking butt at my job, and uhh...well still don't have much of a social life (boo.) It's 3 am and i'm rambling.

Removed pretty much anything Sims-related on my FL because I'm tired of the passive aggressive/flat out bitchiness of that whole comm.  It's not even directed at me, but I'm just sick of seeing a certain group of people have this "holier than though on the interwebs" attitude.  It's an EFFIN GAME, get over yourself.

It's funny, because reading legacies and the comm changed my entire gameplay...and now it seems boring.  So hopefully I can regain the fun I used to have playing the way I did before every family I made soon became a legacy challenge, lol.

2:30 a.m. done. 16 hour day, check.  Bed, check.  Phone turned off, check. :P

I started work at 10 am today. It's 12:30 a.m. I'm still not done.

I got a job interview on Friday for a way cool web design position makin $15 buckaroos an hour.

Interns at LVS are finally able to start helping us on our restaurant guide, so I'm not the only one DOING IT BY MYSELF.

Hubby may be hired (its in the works) to help us out with said restaurant guide, yay for income++!

I should find out about the house today, whether our offer of $135k is enough. . .If it's not, I HATE YOU DAN HUMESTON & ASSOCIATES for dragging ass on paperwork - we should have had this house at $122k damnt!

It's 6:20 a.m. and I'm already dressed to go to the gym.

And my migraine from hell that I've had since Monday is...:gasp: gone!

Hubsta and I went and unlocked some maw-action last night.  We have a friend that's been leveling purely by campaign battles only, so we thought we'd hop on that bandwagon and give it a try.

YIKES.  I fell off the losing-weight bandwagon since I vacayed in Kansas, oops.  The healthy eating, the exercising every day....shoot, my personal trainer stopped calling me, haha!  CineVegas took up all my time, along with work (you evil evil thing.) 

But every day is a new day to start again right, so time to read my Self magazine and get a little empowered and try again! Boo..

Sometimes the Sims 2 comms are really full of wank, people taking up so much of their time to bitch about silly things.  I just don't understand sometimes, the point of it all.  /wank.

Hubsta and I have found the :perfect: house, in our price range, and it's HUGE.  Gorgeous.  Potential.  We find out Monday on a counter offer, and we'll see what goes from there.  I hope this works out, we've been house hunting for...oh, five months now. 

My career is not going to get anywhere with my current job, so I'm going back to school to major in architecture and interior design.  Yeah, me an architect, imagine that!  

I guess my favorite part of The Sims is building houses and designing them.   I'm hella smart, so I think I can take the math (ooh, and there's a lot of it.  Complicated stuff.)  Overall, I never know what I want to do with my life, but being an architect I think is something I'd be good at. . .or a doctor, but I'm not quite as fond as that one.

SO, I have to get off here to catch the last day of Bath & Body Works sale (STEALS, I tell you) and pick up my birth control, because after babysitting last night. . . I'm willing to fork the $50 to prevent the babehs.

So this week, I did my first clubbing, I got my first article posted, I got my first photos IN THE MAGAZINE, and I'm exhausted!!

I wrapped the evening up with my little bro and hubbsta at the pool, in the glorious, relaxing hot tub. 

Hubbs got out to start dinner, and then he proceeded to PASS OUT on me.  I was so incredibly freaked out, we poured some cold water on him and he came to. 

One more red carpet and Cinevegas is over, then its back to borin' ol same ol same ol.
